The company wanted to improve its manual and laborious process of managing and prioritizing B2B leads to maximize the potential of its account managers and increase conversion rates with minimal manual effort.
The Solution
- Identified 3rd party data sources and integrated them in the business process for Account Executives (AEs).
- Developed an automated rules engine that successfully mimicked the intuition of the expert account managers. The rules engine could:
- Fetch 3rd party data points using API for each target business and map them into leads.
- Send email notifications/alerts to relevant AEs based on relevant rules and changes.
- Integrate with Adobe Campaign for automated marketing.
