Challenge
The company wanted to digitize and automate its driver recruitment and onboarding process in order to make it more convenient and seamless.
The Solution
- Document Analysis: Analyzed verification documents as well as internal and external systems for problem scoping. Optical character recognition (OCR) services were used to examine input fields and the uploaded NRIC/PDVL licenses in image format.
- System Integration: Integrated the company’s internal system with the national system via APIs for ID verification.
- AI Model Development and Integration: Integrated these systems with our AI-based solution to fetch and process documents like Face Selfie and NRIC photos on cloud, and return verification status.
